From our first day of attendance on 3 February 1970 to today, Rosehill College has grown alongside its community — more than five decades of milestones, people and achievements.

    • Eric Jerkovich retired

    • Whaea Mereana Herangi appointed Kapa Haka tutor
    • Kapa Haka 1st for best dressed at Secondary Schools Māori Festival

    • New canteen opened

    • Richard Beal Dux (Rhodes Scholar 2005)
    • Matua Jim Smith appointed first Kaimanaaki
    • PM Helen Clark opened drama, music and canteen facilities
    • Teacher Tina Bell-Kate, NZ Olympic hockey team
    • Teacher Neisha Pratt, NZ Women's Indoor Cricket World Cup team

  6. 2008

    • Gymnasium/Sports Centre completed
    • Kapa Haka won Mōteatea-Kia Mōhio Kia Rangatiri Trophy at Polyfest
    • Teachers Dave and Lyndon Ormandy left after 22 years
    • Year 9 and 10 teams won Counties Manukau Mathex competition
